Worth a read before booking an appointment with us.
This page is a general starting point for Eastbourne Gutter Cleaning's terms of service, not a substitute for proper legal advice — worth having a solicitor look over and tailor it before relying on it.
Eastbourne Gutter Cleaning carries out gutter cleaning and downpipe clearance for residential and commercial customers across Eastbourne, Polegate, East Dean, Hailsham and the surrounding villages.
Quotes cost nothing and commit you to nothing. They're based on what you tell us about the property — size, storeys, access — and we'll confirm a final figure before starting. If the property turns out different from what was described, we'll agree any change with you first, not after.
You're responsible for making sure we can safely reach the areas we need to — gates unlocked, driveways clear, that sort of thing. If we turn up and can't get access, a call-out charge may apply.
Severe weather sometimes means rescheduling for safety's sake. We'll give as much notice as we can and get you the next available slot.
If we can't successfully clear your gutters on the day, that visit isn't charged. This doesn't extend to pre-existing damage or anything beyond gutter and downpipe clearance itself.
Due on completion, unless we've agreed something different in writing — for instance under a standing commercial arrangement.
We're fully insured for our own work. We're not responsible for damage that was already there before we arrived, though we'll always mention it if we spot something during a clean.
